Turbo Tax is not as good

I have been using turbo tax for years. This year I couldn’t see my progress as I worked. Then turbo tax charged my credit card for federal tax owed without telling me they halved the actual amount they paid IRS on 4/16.
Is this what credit karma does?

Mixed Review-questions and data entry was easy to understand, photos of documents made it easy and were fairly accurate, easy to review. Pricing was far more than expected, unable to pay for program upfront, not able to access second tax return and had to create and pay for a second return-not able to use same email for a second return

Does not follow California State Income Tax Bracke

Turbo tax had me paying 7% California State Income Tax on $39,000. They don't follow the tax brackets.
