Very easy to use. I've been doing my taxes with Turbo Tax for years, took last year off and hired someone, she basically told me she couldn't do better than I had been doing in the past.

Lower the price!

Yeah it'll get your taxes done, but they charge SO much more to use any of the products than what you could get back. It's ridiculous.

Too expensive and consistently attempting to get me to spend more for 0 assistance. No I don't want to upgrade to MAX for the thousandth time. I'm already spending $140 to do my taxes by myself.
