I use this service yearly and I am pleased with the experience. I wouldn't consider my tax situation to be complex or overly involved so it fits my needs perfectly. I appreciate I can enter my information (via manual or pulling into the system) and that it remembers previous years information as well. I also like the information and quick reference options throughout the process to help me better understand if something applies or why.
