quick and easy

easy to use and no issues so far in five years of use. a very minor things with unusual situations where picking the right answer isnt always clear, but someone is always there to help!

I purchased turbo tax primer only to learn it would not run on my Mac because my operating system was too old and my computer is too old to upgrade. I could find no way to get a refund on my unused purchase and the on line version I had to buy was unexplainably more expensive.

I have used Turbo Tax many years and this year was terrible. I repeatedly received a message that said there was a snag and then I would have to retry. It would take me back to the beginning of whatever section I was in and I would have to reenter everything. At the end durinig the review process I never could get through the entire review. It took me back to the beginning at least 6 times. The service this year was highly unsatisfactory.

Turbo tax has it figured out anytime I had a question they had it covered in their "FAQ" at bottom of each page. I never felt overwhelmed I would absolutely recommend to anyone who is new to filing their taxes or anybody for that matter.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
