Security & Increase Costs

Security is great but logging in is not simple and required me to utilize 2 codes, 1 via text, and 1 via email. I do appreciate the security efforts. I am not eligible to use the app or free file via the IRS however I'm sure the cost has increased to support the bottom line and to offset the free filers at my expense. After all of these years using turbotax I am disapointed.
