Convenient but beware of Upsell

Convenient to use, but not as cheap as it used to be. And too many upsells at multiple places - this might push me to other tax prep ration services next year.

The product that once was great is not anymore!

I am requesting a full refund of the $203 dollars I spent on this product. I've used TurboTax since the beginning, some 20+ years. The product has become almost unusable. The flow of the UX is inconsistent, repetitious and overly restrictive. Documents that have been uploaded can't be referenced on the step that involves said document and my return has been repeatedly rejected for not completing steps that I'm sure we went over and filled out during the flow. I've been a customer for a long time because the product was great but no more!

The process is very hard to use. I couldn't keep the pages to stop going back over previous info. It is probably my fault, but it should be easier to sign in and go from one page to the next. When you have to go to a "learn more" page, its= is difficult to get back to the page you were on. Don't know if that makes sense, but it was very time consuming and irritating.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

I had been using Turbo tax for the last 10 or so years and may not use them again. This year's experience was not like previous years even with my paying extra for a premium service. Not very happy.

Really straight forward. I usually I need to be hand held to get through my taxes, but TurboTax is very intuitive and does a great job hand holding me through it.
