paying for services

kind of messed up that I filed for myself and had to upgrade to pay for services I didn't use. when i select for the free service i expect to get the free service not pay after im almost done with everything and have it say oh by the way since you filed this you have to pay.

I enjoy doing my taxes through the space of my Home. Easy to take to input the forms and gives good explanations when I ask for help.
