Been usinng Turbo for many years, but disappointed with one thing:
You transmitted all my 1099s from our Schwab acct, but failed to include RMD info ... resulted in lots of time and confusion entering it ourselves (unusally awkward format).

Trapped into purchasing higher level product

Once you select a new TT product, you are unable to return to a previous product. So, if I want to enter a deduction or other optional tax item to see how it affects the outcome, the return won't calculate unless I move to the next level. I felt trapped into purchasing a $119 product when it may be that the $79 option would have been good enough. btw. I have no refunds to offset this problem.

Turbo Tax changes not good

Hate the changes vs. last year. Been using TurboTax for over 30 years and the latest version sucks. Navigation is not easy. Found an error in the State portion and there is no way to report it.

Superb service that makes things easy. The explanations offered for each individual task are very helpful in understanding the tax filing process. The only downside using the basic or premium services is the very frequent pop-ups that ask you to upgrade.
