New phone app needs some work

The phone so is inflexible and crashed multiple times. Would not let me enter medical expenses vs forcing me to take the standard deduction. I would have liked to plug in the numbers 1st before be able to the choose.

Consistent funneling, often misleading, to get users to click on an option that pays MORE FEES is a terrible way to do business.

Been usinng Turbo for many years, but disappointed with one thing:
You transmitted all my 1099s from our Schwab acct, but failed to include RMD info ... resulted in lots of time and confusion entering it ourselves (unusally awkward format).
