TurboTax is the way to go!

I switched from Block, because I couldn't get back into my account. Turbotax was easier to use and gave more confidence that things were done right. But there was one exception: I wasn't able to have my refunds apply to next year's taxes. It is obviously also a pricier product.

Constant upsells and misleading UI

Constant upsells and attempts to collect and sell your data. Deceptive buttons and wording, Constantly trying to trick users into things they didn't want to do / pay for / consent to.
