Turbo tax is expensive

Should be a free service with minimal charge. It seems that you would not have to pay but in the end there is a 139$ fee to file.

Unexpected and excessive fees, no flexibility

The $40 processing fee to use your refund should not be slapped on the very end, and it is excessive. Turbo tax does not give you the option to change how you want to do your taxes from year to year..if you use premium last year you are forced to use it again the next year

MISS THE DISC OPTION

I liked this when i could buy the disc. Got mixed up several times and was not clear how to simply download the product that I WAS accustomed to. For the price we paid I'll (over $200) i might as well paid someone else to dot.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
