I’ve used TurboTax for over twenty years. It gets the job done and is pretty painless to use, but it’s expensive and is heavy on upselling services at every turn. Easy enough to decline… but TurboTax, you seem THIRSTY.

Turbo Tax forever!!

I have been with Turbo Tax over 10 years. I was able to find answers to all my questions. Before I completed the filing, they actually found a mistake and took me to the page to have it corrected. Thank you, Turbo Tax, for making it easy

Absolute Garbage

The hardest parts of filing taxes are supposed to be automated, but this lobbying piece of crap company can't be bothered to actually properly integrate with the institutions that have my forms. I had to fill out like 60 rows of itemized nonsense by hand in one of the worst user interfaces I have ever seen and it all could have been avoided if they just let me actually log into my account.

Turbo tax is robbing you

0/5 stars! Horrible experience compaired to previous years... avoid turbo tax at all costs from 2024 forward. I will be using a professional from now on. There's absolutely no point to pay $140 to file ON YOUR OWN! They force their more expensive "benefits" by hiding the delete buttons for turbo max or live assistance packages without completly deleting your files and restarting them.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments, I had a baby

Nickel and Dime

Every year these guys add a new way to trick you or nickel and dime you to pay out the butt to do your taxes. The program is pretty easy to use but for almost $300, I can pay someone to do them for me.Dont think I’ll be returning again.
