Turbo Tax is a rip off and full of tricks

Makes things overly complicated and their agents do not know their stuff. Intuit is constantly trying to sell you upgrades and other products. And tricking you into giving them information with long worded confusing explanations. It's sickening.

sometimes the program does things I dont understand. like i don't know why it didnt print the state return when it printed the federal

Made a great product terrible for tax year 2024

Worst year ever. used turbotax for 20 years. Used to be quick. Turbo tax imported a form last from last year that I did not need this year. I could not delete it. It did not show in the income summary, yet I could not efile without populating an EIN that did not exist. Fire your AI bots and use last years process. worst upgrade ever. Take my money the force mailing my taxes??? it is 2025
