Pathetic is the word. If only i can build a tax software that was not this complicated. This feels like they have made it complicated for the sake of customers getting confused.

I feel the self employment section was not clear on some areas of where to deduct items which caused me to take the standard business deduction. I also had problems with getting a verification code at the end to download my return and to submit payment to the IRS. I never could get a code sent to my e-mail as instructed. I had to change my e-mail at the suggestion of the very nice support person. i will elaborate more in the support person evaluation.
