Clunky and not user friendly

Way to clunky, previous versions were far mor easier to use. this version is not as clear and not as user friendly. i found it difficult to review things. it kept taking me back to the beginning. i am shopping for a new tax software next year. Also expensive for the poor design

Predatory and Misleading start

The very first page displayed does not immediately indicate the proper filing path for active duty military who need to submit their taxes for free. Customer service is incapable of assisting with the proper method to file taxes for service members. After a 30 minute hold, i was disconnected. If I was filing my taxes for the first time on turbo tax and unaware of what right should look like, i would have been charged 209$. 209$ more than what I am required to pay.
Obviously, this review doesn't matter. The monetization of this platform is intentional.
I can only hope that turbotax will be forced to pay another settlement in the realms of over a hundred million dollars.

Some of the prompts were unclear, and we were not automatically prompted to add my husband's W-2 after selecting to file jointly.
