On the whole, pretty good! Generally logical and easy to use. I have a complexity with Foreign Tax Credits, and it took a couple of iterations to figure out how the numbers need to be entered, but all good in the end.

Turbotax has a great flow to guide the filing. Well organized. It automatically find out the qualified tax credits. It automatically catches errors.
The finishing time estimation is helpful too.
