I actually look forward to filing my taxes because TurboTax makes it so easy and dare I say slightly enjoyable in a strange way. They're so good at guiding you every step of the way.

Smoke and Mirrors

It was a good experiece except I ended up paying $99 for the Premium and I remember specifically choosing to not buy that. Not sure what I did wrong, but it isn't obvious so I feel that is deceitful on your part. And it appears there was no way to back out of that choice. Also, when I chose to have the money taken out of the return to pay for it, there was no notice that that would cost an additional $40. At least on the next page that was mentioned and I was able to change it. Finally, when I chose the direct deposit the software automatically clicked the item that I would be willing to share my financial info with other intuit products (as a convenience). If I had not been paying attention I would have agreed to something I didn't want. So please stop playing these games with us and be up front.
