Super bad UI over the last few years and constant advertisements for tax protect. Scam company about to break through to a new level.

Takes some time to go through everything, lets you know if you've made an error, and gives you an opportunity to fix it. Overall, it was good for the first time trying it, and next year it will be even better to maneuver through.

Getting Pushy

The 1099 section has been updated and has bugs. Trying to file this year was very complicated. I also feel like I was pushed into buying a service. I am not sure I will be using TurboTax in the future. I am one of many that have had these issues and I believe they are on the same page as me.
