Way too expensive!

I was enjoying this product until saw the totals of how much I was being charged. I needed to upgrade to the deluxe version to get all of my deductions, and had to pay additionally to file in my state and additionally ($40!) to pay turbo tax out of my tax return instead of pay separately. By the time I realized it I was too worn down from having worked on this for so long to go back and change it. I left feeling taken advantage of. Why is a private company profiting so much off of people paying the government.

I love Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax is much cheaper than paying a tax professional to file your taxes and walks you through the process.

I do not like the changes you made. I think the prior process was easier to use. It was simplier and more straight forward. I could complete the return this year, but it seems like the people that developed the new process haven't TurboTax in the past. Why did you screw up a good thing?
