This is the best version that I've ever used. However, it still finds errors that the software makes and requires the user to fix them, even though the user has no info or information with which to fix the problems other than trial and error. It also asks if you want to apply your refund to your estimated taxes. If you respond positively to that question, it still comes back later and REQUIREs that you select an option for receiving your refund by check or draft. Now, I don't know what the IRS will do with my refund!

Turbo Tax is very user friendly. I only wish the process for my city taxes was explained a little earlier in the process. Otherwise, very happy with my experience.

This was the worst experience ever and I've been using Turbo Tax for years. The explanations did not help. It was showing me errors I had no answer for. The information was exact as the different forms 1099 B, W2 ect were mailed to me.

TERRIBLE IN 2024

AWFUL THIS YEAR. I've done my taxes for 20 years using TurboTax, the experience this year has been terrible. The interface makes it impossible to go back and make changes. The data submitted in the system does not transfer to the IRS or to my state. It costs easily twice as much as it did last year. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
