Sick of TurboTax

For 3 years now, the review of one of my 1099s reports an error because it's "missing" the state line, but that line is, in fact, blank. It happens for one bank and not others. It's not clear at first what the problem is, because the box on my form is blank, and then it takes a lot longer to figure out how to get past it.

TurboTax is simple to use, they walk you thru, you just answer the questions. They import the information from institutions that partner with they. Been using it for yearsii

not very good, had issues with federal return

unclear why I was selected for turbotax premium without giving a heads up at the start of filing.
Had an issue with federal filing as it was not accepting it due to a blank Box 18 in my w2.
