It took me longer to file my return than it took me to do it. All this checking this and checking that was a royal pain. just file the return.

Used it for years and while it’s easy, it never feels good. It’s very pushy about upgrades and addons, no matter how many times I decline. Every year I consider avoiding TurboTax and end up using it anyway because of fear of messing things up, which is the goal considering all of Intuit's lobbying. So yes, three stars indicates I use it, I find it useful, but I wouldn’t say I feel good about using it.
