Hidden fees are crap

The only reason I used this was because I was told $60 to file using this stupid app telling me it would be me more back, and you took almost all of it from me. 🙄🙄🙄

Seems like you added way more prompts for me to pay you more money this year. Stop already. I chose the level I wanted with no upgrades. I think what I pay for this product is more than enough. Quit putting your hand out for more.

TurboTax saved me time

Made doing my taxes so easy. Process was very fast because I used it last year and most of my info was the same. I only gave 4 stars because of pricing. I feel like $139 was a bit much for the standard service. Maybe $100 would have been more reasonable. I went with TurboTax because I used it last year, so I guess the extra $39 was for convenience. Otherwise, I may have tried another preparer.

As a previous full-time accountant who used expensive software, TurboTax asked all the right questions and reviewed the important information just like I was using the expensive stuff. It has allowed me to catch things I have missed - a great resource!
