I have been filing my taxes using Turbo Tax for over 10 years. I had always been uncomfortable going to local tax offices giving my personal information only to have the company either go out of business, or close for whatever reason. Once I filed with Turbo Tax the first year and everything went as smooth and effortless as it did, I was hooked. I have recommended Turbo Tax to the majority of my family, friends, co-workers, and business associates. I will definitely be back next year.

So much nickel and diming now, baiting you to continue with your return and then asking for more money as you progress. Claims free premium file for military E1-E9, but even after following all the steps it doesn't reduce the amount at all, and they require more money for you to talk to someone.
