Many issues going from desktop to online

As my laptop was windows 10, I had to use online which I had numerous issues.
1. Missed upload from last year on PC,
2. Unable to verify AGI with full cents. Had to create ID to IRS to get info

The new Turbo Tax is awful

I have used TurboTax for years and loved the ease of moving from one page or subject to another. This new version is NOT intuitive and I do not like it. Next year I may look for another product to file my tax. Why did you try to "fix" something that was not broke?????
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Really easy until the end was a bit frustrating. the Irs identity thing was frustrating. it would identify my file. but it worked out after a good 45 min
