It's simple to use, but I think it really doesn't account for enough information. In short, I am confused and worried.

Have used TurboTax for over 20 years. Easy to use. I have several rental properties and TurboTax keeps track of all my depreciated assets year to year.

Turbo tax changes

Easy to file, miserable to change anything. Can’t delete vehicle forms in new format. Can’t update my vehicles. Can’t do anything other than upload forms. Then it asks you to correct last years. Honestly it got so much worse.

Turbo Tax has too many fees. Quite expensive.

Easy to use and feature rich. But the fees and fees are absolutely ridiculous. Will look to file elsewhere next year... probably with a real person and save 80%.

It was good I had trouble with my return at first but they helped fix it
