I could really do without all of the cutesie animations and without all of the upselling. But it works.
We had to involve customer service to view the forms and the rep was great. Very patient.

App makes you do steps over and over occasionally. Charges me $140 when my small business barley made an income this year. Really pushes fees and sales more than helping with your taxes. Probably stopping next year.

Bad bad. Charged me then tried to make me print and send my taxes myself because of a glitch then tried to charge me to get IT assistance. Absurd
