Terrible user experience

This system was so hard to use. When there is an error, there is no way to find where the document is that I need to fix. You have to click and reclick so many different buttons--navigation and usability is terrible. And then it costs a ton of money. There's no way filing by myself would have been harder than this.

Misleading about pricing vs what you owe in taxes

You lied to me about what I owed, and then stuck me with a bill I thought was to pay my taxes. This whole time it was represented as what I owed for State and Federal taxes as I went through each stage, but when I paid it said that was only your fee and not my tax owed amount. I had to pay that afterwards on top of the fee that was on each page.

This was the MOST COMPLICATED PROCESS I’ve ever experienced. So difficult, not helpful, both my partner and I are now ready to pull our hair out.
