Turbo Tax Surprise

This years program was VERY difficult to follow. I've been using Turbo Tax since the inception & this year it has taken me longer than ever to complete. I could have completed this manually in half the time. Most people DO NOT want to download from their financial Institutions because of fraud & abuse, but TT has 2 sections that one must skip thru (not acceptable). Ask the question & have a drop down menu for those interested. Also cannot see the actual 1040 as it's being prepared ONLY after you pay.
Continued harassment on upselling different services at different costs. Should be ONE question with Drop Down Menu. Stop the upselling. I want a program to enter data, you calculate & boom final return.

Honestly awful customer service, the website was so complicated for no reason it kept asking me about disaster relief and I finally was able to delete the form after 2 hours of trying.

I had to call for tech support of my K1 data entry because I kept getting a data mismatch. The scrollable form feature was invisible to me until tech support told me to scroll down. The solution was I had to enter 0 which was counterintuitive but made the numbers add up correctly.
