Not the easiest to work with

Glitches. Page freezes. Unexpected returns to sign-in pages. With all these errors in processing, it's taken an extra 45 minutes to do these taxes.

The person I dealt with on the phone was very professional and and patient. She called me back as I had to do some calculations. She reviewed my entries to be sure I did everything correctly. I am 82 years old and have arthritis in my hands. I could not have been happier with the result

Turbo Tax is very good. It is sometimes a computer issue with me. I did call and the associate, Danielle, was excellent.

Secret Fees

It’s impossible to use without paying at least an extra $200 in secret fees just to file through them. But taxes are already so complicated and impossible to file without TurboTax that it feels like I have no other option. Fees took over 60% of my refund :) thanks guys
