I have been preparing Taxes professionally for 35 years now. I retired after tax year 2023. I have used ProSystem FX for that whole time. TurboTax took I little time to get used to, but hopefully it turned out good
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Not the easiest to work with

Glitches. Page freezes. Unexpected returns to sign-in pages. With all these errors in processing, it's taken an extra 45 minutes to do these taxes.

The person I dealt with on the phone was very professional and and patient. She called me back as I had to do some calculations. She reviewed my entries to be sure I did everything correctly. I am 82 years old and have arthritis in my hands. I could not have been happier with the result
