TurboTax is Frustrating and Time-Consuming

I found TurboTax to be more frustrating than helpful. While it promises a smooth, guided experience, the navigation felt clunky and slowed me down significantly. The linear flow made it difficult to go back and make changes or review my numbers efficiently. Instead of streamlining the process, it added unnecessary steps that made filing my taxes more time-consuming than expected. For the price, I expected a more intuitive experience.

Very user friendly! My taxes were a bit more complicated this year and I planned to hire a CPA, but successfully did it myself with Turbotax.
