TT is starting to feel outdated

After over a decade with TT, it feels like the technology and the layout is still in the 1990s. It appears that more services have been removed in order to force one into upgrading to assisted live program. Your premium package should include everything, including expanded and more detailed explanations.

My god they try to trick you into consenting to advertising or paying for some extra "plan" like, what, 6 or 7 times throughout the process? Really love the last one where it does everything it can to imply that you must consent to share data, even after rejecting that request multiple times previously. Just scummy. If you haven't used them before, don't start. Not worth whatever convenience they seem to offer.

What Used to be an inexpensive quick way to do taxes is now burdensome and glitchy. And expensive. I’ve used them several times over the years and it seems they are getting worse with Time but charging more.
