Frustrating and difficult to navigate

Difficult to navigate through items and make changes when needed. Will use a tax prep service next year rather than online format.

Turbo Tax always knows how to get there money and take a good chunk of your tax return. They love to sneak in there random unnecessary fees.

TT is starting to feel outdated

After over a decade with TT, it feels like the technology and the layout is still in the 1990s. It appears that more services have been removed in order to force one into upgrading to assisted live program. Your premium package should include everything, including expanded and more detailed explanations.

Was told one price and then told a completely different price at check out. this fraudulent and will be my last time EVER using turbo tax. I do not recommend!
