I was dreading completing my own taxes because it always has been difficult, and exhausting experience in the past. This program was a life saver for me. I was able to complete my taxes without difficulty. I am so thankful for turbo tax.

Layout needs improvement

The Turbo Tax layout was more difficult to navigate than in prior years. It was not as easy to go back and review/edit info that had been entered or to see how far along in the process I was.

It seems every year when doing my taxes I keep getting prompted to upgrade versions. The whole tax filing process is pretty easy and straightforward and I'd give 5 stars for that service alone. But overall when trying to go thru each section the constant screens trying to suggest and upgrade is beyond annoying. And it never fails that you can't file your taxes using the last year's version but you have to upgrade to another tier because the previous tier is no longer compatible to your tax situation. This will be the last year using TurboTax for filing my taxes.
