Almost charged.......

Be careful with the live assistant I don't ask for it and didn't use it yet I was almost charged for the service
I ended up exiting the entire process several times before I was able to choose to do it on my own.

I continue to be pleased with the TurboTax product. It is a product that has consistently provided a quick and accurate method for completing my taxes annually. The best part of the entire tax process is the removal of mental stress.

Too many ads

I have used Turbo Tax online for many years but the ads are really getting annoying. The process / application is fine but the number of times I was asked to upgrade or use MAX was ridiculous
