Process is smooth each year. Generally do a good job explaining things I'm unclear on.
I don't understand why paying with my tax return includes an additional $40 fee, not cool.

i am not here to be hawked every upgrade you offer, i do not appreciate every other screen trying to sale me something. im about over it to the point to find another program. very very sad that i cant even enjoy using this app for all the sale screens.
