Faulty app?

Got them done! Most important! Was using the app but when I had to refile from a rejection because of the protection pin from IRS I wasnt able to file on the app for some reason? First time user and from my understanding I was getting a discount. I got the whole thing on screen recording! Feel like it was a glitch or falsely advertised.
