They are great

Use this every year and have been happy each year if there's an issue they have people to help right away. It's just very nice to not have to worry about an appointment to do my taxes just do them and be done simple love it thanks guys

TurboTax was easy to follow

It was easy with exception of purchasing the turbo tax package. The skip benefits notice is way down on the page, and in very small letters. I could have submitted without having to purchase the premium package as my return was quite simple.

No engagement with agent had to file long form due to a 1099 misc which ended up I could not file short form and cost me more than I anticipated, which was a lot
