Strange error

I have always had great success with Turbo Tax. This year however, I got caught in a weird loop while filling it out. Schedule E asked how many days I rented (365) and personal use rental. I put 365 again because I live here, so it's personal. I received an error message, saying that the two had to be 365 or less when added together, but it wouldn't let me omit personal use. So, I tried changing days rented to 0, and keeping personal use, but it was flagged saying it had to be at least 15. But, still would not let me change the personal use section.

I almost thought I need to pay for direct deposit, I don't like that lay out all available options should be present without request

Too expensive

Couldn't switch to free or find the free version, it immediately had me on premium. The processing fee to pay with income doesn't make any sense for it to be 40$.

I swear by turbo tax

I've used TurboTax for several years now and I can't say one bad thing about the program or the company... It's always been extremely user friendly and extremely easy and step by step guidance ever step of the way every tax season I've been a customer...

A few glitches.

Had to talk to an expert twice.
First call: There was no option to change my default plan easily to a lower priced plan.
Second Call: Could not get past Capital Loss in the federal return. The expert showed me how to click on the next step on the sidebar to advance.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
