Turbo Tax in unreliable!

I could not import financial data from my financial institution. It kept telling me an error occurred and to try a few hours later. I did this 4 times that day. It never worked. I finally entered the information manually. This was a very unpleasant experience. I feel like I wasted my time, money, and effort on this process.
