Problems unresolved with online

Not happy with the online version and the inability to appropriately fix a rejected return from my state. I much preferred the CD version of Turbo Tax and never had an issue there.

Truly and honestly a horrible service to use from the speed to the pursuit of dollars to how expensive it was to use. I can honestly say probably next to Adobe with shameful business tactics as a software company.

using turbotax was so easy. I was afraid to try to do my taxes myself, but turbotax instructions were straightforward and everything was completed quickly

My wife died within the past year. There was nothing to assist in my preparation regarding her death, final signature, etc. More info should be provided to assist filers who have lost their spouses.
