Still, a great service used to be smoother. But maybe that is not Turbotaxes fault, maybe it's just the tax reforms and new laws passed making taxes more arduous

I have used Turbo Tax for most of my adult life. It is incredibly easy, informative and insightful. I don't suspect I'll ever have a need to use another service.
