Not as Easy to Navigate

This version is not as user friendly as in the past. It's harder to go back and find a certain area now than it was a few years ago. Meaning, if I'm in the expense area and want to look at something in income, it seems it's harder to get to an area you are looking for.

A Disappointment

Did not like having to retype information from prior year where in the past this information was transferred from the prior year's return. Still don't know where the key is to activate the downloaded software to complete my mother's return. I was a fan until this year.
