Did not like having to retype information from prior year where in the past this information was transferred from the prior year's return. Still don't know where the key is to activate the downloaded software to complete my mother's return. I was a fan until this year.

First of all turbotax would not let me sign in with my password. I had to call tech to sign in. I found it very difficult to submit short term gains. Lastly, when I first signed in the fee was $89.00.
