Checking out and entering new banking information was a little confusing. I also liked that I could change the type of service that I used at the end and not overpaying for services not used.

I've used TurboTax for years. It catches everything I need to complete my yearly taxes. With my addition of crypto currency and stocks, I could never do on my own.

The step by step process is simple enough to understand and if you need help, the live chat reps are friendly and helpful as well. I saved so much money using Turbo Tax than paying someone else to file my income taxes.
