Terrible!!! I use to use this and it was so easy. NOT NOW !!!! Wow they asked the same questions 30 times and then didn't fill in my modified AGI even though they already had it calculated!! They almost force you to put the total miles of a vehicle on there even if you don't own the vehicle anymore! What a joke! Definitely won't be using this crap next year!

Too many times I entered numbers and it asked me to enter them again on the review. For instance, I put in the mortgage principal remaining when I entered it originally, but the federal review said it was missing.
When asking for help, it tells you how to navigate to the item instead of just providing a link.
