Turbo tax is extremely easy to use, they explain every step, and it’s very convenient. All of the stops to get you to pay more and charging me $40 to pay with my refund is highway robbery.

I've used it for years and it's always thorough and pretty easy to enter data. I wish the requests to pay for more services and release personal info to Intuit would stop.

OCR put dollar amounts in boxes 7 and 11 which were blank on W2. Payment screen hang after ApplePay was very long. Preview of return before filing would not load. Cost of filing higher than a local preparer.

I hate that you lobby to make filing taxes harder and expensive for everyone and I think that you should find a new business. That being said, it was fairly easy.
