OCR put dollar amounts in boxes 7 and 11 which were blank on W2. Payment screen hang after ApplePay was very long. Preview of return before filing would not load. Cost of filing higher than a local preparer.

I hate that you lobby to make filing taxes harder and expensive for everyone and I think that you should find a new business. That being said, it was fairly easy.
