It feels less intuitive and less automatic than it used to - it has felt much more complicated this year and less clear.

The Best TurboTax Version Yet – So Easy to Use!

I’ve always prepared my taxes myself, either using TurboTax or doing everything manually, but after using so many different versions of TurboTax over the years, I can honestly say this is the best one by far! Whether I’ve used the online version or the installed software, this version has taken everything I liked about the past versions and made it even better. It’s smoother, more intuitive, and just feels like it’s been made with real people in mind. Filing taxes is never fun, but TurboTax has definitely made it a whole lot easier and less stressful. I’m definitely sticking with this version for years to come!

Tax filing software is a scam

it should be a crime that a multi-billion dollar corporation has made it necessary for tax payers to pay in order to provide information to the government that the government already has.

$40 processing fee is bull

The $40 processing fee is bull. I did my own taxes. I feel as though every step of the way, Inuit tried to slip in another product charge. YOU HAVE MORE MONEY. I paid you a fair amount to use this service. Stop trying to nickel and dime me every step of the way.

Turbo Tax is pretty god

sometimes to many reviews needed. Kept creating repeat INT or DIV entries if accidentally downlow repeats from bank or investment companies. Overall- good especially when saving stuff from last year.

Criminally Expensive

Criminally expensive. It is too difficult to file taxes and so we use TurboTax, who takes advantage of us and charges exorbitant fees. The government needs to do something.

Used to Be Great; Now It Was Horrible

I used Turbo Tax in the 2 previous years with not much problem. My 2024 experience was awful. Not only could I not find how to itemize my business deductions without Google searching it, when I got to the end I was caught in a loop with the schedule C link on the federal return. I double clicked and nothing happened. Over and over until I had to change from e-file to mailing in my return to the feds and the state. Not sure I would recommend Turbo Tax now to anyone doing more than a W-2. Just so awful I now need a drink.
