They are fine, but far from good.

It did what it needed to. However, they hide all of the costs and fees for after you've done the work which is a shady.
Additionally, the interface is different this year, and a whole lot harder to work through than in prior years. I highly recommend using a different service.

Turbotax keeps getting worse

Turbotax keeps getting worse and worse, especially for more complex situations. I have rental properties, self-employment income, and multiple K-1s. I get prompted for all sorts of nonsense and can't progress unless I delete forms altogether.
And even for simple situations, it is getting worse. For example, it asked me 6 different times if I was sure I wanted to take the sales tax deduction because it would result in a higher tax liability. WRONG! I was maxed out on SALT regardless, and by taking the sales tax deduction this year, I don't have to pay Federal tax on my state income tax refund NEXT year. This must apply to millions of people and is completely incorrect.
