I've been using TurboTax for as far as I can remember. I enjoy doing my taxes on my own because it allows me to further understand my financials. TurboTax makes it easy to be able to do that. My process has been smooth each time.

This year was the worst. Customer since 2007

This year was the worst. I couldn’t get my phone or iPad to edit my income. My choices were delete so I had to enter 457. SSA and retirement manually. The interface was much better in years past. I have been using TurboTax since 2007 and never had these issues. I also saved the file but it did not save. Very unhappy
