My Experience was great, mostly. I don't like that the Live version is the first thing that pops up and then in little type it says see other options. It used to bring up all options. The other issue I have is that the total stated was, $188 to file with you. Then my bank is showing a charge for $206. Next time add in the tax at the end. It is frustrating to think that $188 is the total but it isn't. Of course there is, in small, faded color text, right under the total that says: plus applicable sales tax. That's crap. You should be able to add in the tax and give the real total that a person will be charged.

Turbo Tax relieves stress of tax time

The help information that pops up on the side is actually useful and often answers the questions that you needed answered. It was quick and easy to use. I stress less about taxes each year since I've started using turbotax
