The Worst Tax Prep Service

The worst online service to do your taxes. Ambiguity everywhere in their software (who do they have working in their IT dept?). Prepare to sit down for days to complete the "TurboTax task." Their algorithms are all set up so you need to pay extra for one of their "tax experts." Don't get pulled in...if you're a freak like me and spend endless hours figuring out the chess game that people play, then by all means duke it out. Otherwise, move on. It's not worth the taxes we all eventually have to pay Uncle Sam.

Significantly more expensive than other alternatives. Market it as being free or cheap, but continue to increase the cost of filing throughout the process.
