Simple, Understandable, and Fast. Taxes done right

It is so easy to use, simple, fast, and if I ever have a question they have links to the answer which are in an easily digestible format; contrary to the IRS form instructions and "answers". I can understand what TurboTax is telling me about taxes.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
